Phil McAndrews was "on it" all the time... constantly informing me and keeping me up to date with what was going on...which is wonderful when you are trying to get a loan. It was taking a long time to go through the finishing process and get the notary and there was a back log...but Phil was like a pit bull never giving up and constantly calling the bank to move my paperwork along. Whenever I would email him he would respond immediately. Which is something I really appreciate. On top of that he was very personable. It has been a long time since I've had such great service especially from a loan company. I will definitely recommend him and call him again.PS the loan went through incredibly fast...not even a month!
