Very honest and never gave up on me.

I am a single mother and I put all of my money, hopes, and dreams in to my home. I have been working 7 days a week sometime 14 to 15 hours a day to try to keep my home for my family. Prior to coming to CDA Law Center I tried getting a loan modification
for over 2 years without any luck. I went to HOPE and HUD without any success. I have a loan with Nation Star, I started my loan modification in 2009 with NACA. I thought that they really could help me. NACA made a lots of promises to me and they told me that
they do not charge me any money. They sent my paper work to my lender and was put on a trail payments. I made all of trail payments then my loan was sold to Nation Star. I was told to reapply again and start the whole process again, I went back to NACA again.
Each time that I went to NACA I traveled over 100 miles and ended up spending 2 days in long lines with thousands of other people just to talk to some one. The people at NACA were not very professional and they have no underwriting or negotiation skills, they
are paper pushers. They kept telling me to keep sending my paper work they will help me. I never was able to get any help from NACA. The whole time that I was with NACA they never really did help me and I could never get any straight answers from them. I then
went and found a company and paid them $1600 , and they kept taking more money out of my account. They never helped me and I never could get any answers from them, I do not think they ever worked on my file or submitted any paper work to my lender. I tried
to get a hold of them but they just disappeared with money and never helped me. I was fortunate enough to be able to get my money back through the help of my own bank. At this time I did not trust anyone but I had received foreclosures notices from my servicers
and did not want to lose my home. I called CDA Law Center and spoke to Ray Ghamsari, he from the beginning was very truthful with me, took all of my information and did not promise anything like all of the other did up front. He analyzed my situation and called
me back and told me that they can help me, and suggested for me to come and meet with him and their Attorney Mr. Scurrah. He asked me to bring all of my paper work so they can make sure I qualify for a loan modification. I was still very skeptical, its has
been over 2 years and thousands of dollars without any results. I had no choice and after meeting with the staff at CDA Law Center, I felt very comfortable and decided to go ahead with them. I was hoping and praying that they could help me keep my home. They
did run the REST Report on my file and I passed, then they said they can take my case. It took a while , my lender is very hard to work with, but I did get a great modification. I was over 2 years behind and owed the Servicer over $50,000.00 in back payments,
they gave me a fresh start and I did not have to come up with $50,000.00 back pay. They saved me over $500.00 per month and stopped the sale date and put me a fixed loan @ 2%. Throughout the whole Process Ray Ghamsari and CDA Law center kept me in the loop,
gave me updates , and under promised and over delivered in service. If you want a company that has integrity, ethics, and persistent, you need to call Ray Ghamsari @ CDA LAW center. I have and will continue to refer them any one who need help. Do not waste
your time with NACA, HUD, or any other companies. Trust CDA. I am so grateful for Ray he and the CDA Law Center they gave me back my life and peace of mind.
