A friend from work recommended Carlos to me as "the guy" to handle all home remodel/improvement projects. I had just purchased my home, and I needed to add a bathroom and upgrade the electrical. The thing I like best about Carlos is that he shows up every day and does most of the work himself. He's not like a lot of other contractors who show up to bid the project and then you never see them again. He did fantastic work for me. Plumbing and tiling a bathroom, building a shower stall, all fixture installation, etc. He was willing to work closely with me on my budget to make sure I understood where hidden costs might be, etc.
Carlos also upgraded my electrical panel and rewired my entire house. He added outlets, installed lights and ceiling fans, and expertly repaired the plaster walls where he had to break through to gain access.
A year or so later when I had some old pipes give out under my house, I made an emergency call to Carlos and he came by within an hour to cap the leaky pipe. He then came back on a weekend to replumb both lines of my old shower (in the existing bathroom -- not the new one that he had done the year before) when he discovered slow leaks in the pipes.
I also had Carlos rip out an old room in my basement and add some flooring, which he finished in one day!
He's friendly, professional and trustworthy! I highly recommend him for any and all remodel or renovation projects!
