I too was told that I was due a refund based on the fact that my lender was not on the list. Now this was back in April/May. I have talked to Paul, the operator, Robert, Jim, and Clayton. I'm still waiting for my refund. I have left numerous messages as for a return call to settle this matter but nothing has happened yet. I am now in the process of going by other options to get responses from this company. Hopefully they will do the right thing and refund my money so I can get caught up with my house payments.
