I just wanted to say thank you for sending out your guy in shining armor, Eddy, to change my light bulbs. Actually, I’m a little embarrassed to think I called for a change of bulb, but I didn’t know how/if the fixture separated from the bulb and I didn’t want to just pull. I made notes so when the lights go out again, I should be able to handle it myself.
I offered payment for the bulbs at least, but Eddy said no. I am always amazed and impressed with the professionalism and customer care you, your staff and your company show, even three years after the completion of my kitchen project. You are a very class act.
