We were referred to Dr. XXXXXX by our DDS. We called the number and reached Buena Park Dental. We specifically asked for the Garden Grove office and TRINA from Buena Park dental told us that Dr. XXXXXX only worked in Buena Park and that there was no Garden Grove office. This was not true and we only found out that a Garden Grove office existed after the braces were put on my son's teeth. We obtained a loan from Wells Fargo and Dr. Fahmy told us that we can transfer to Garden Grove but only if we pay her the loan amount and that she would refund the money back to Wells Fargo. She is trying to hold us hostage by insisting that we pay Buena Park Dental directly. She already received her money from Wells Fargo and we are responsible for the loan and have already submitted the first payment for $200.00. Dr. Fahmy's idea to refund the money to Wells Fargo does not make sense. If Dr. XXXXXX is contracted to her office she should pay him his portion and allow us to transfer. He has his own practice and we were referred to Dr. XXXXXX not Buena Park Dental. Dr. XXXXXX only works on Fridays at Buena Park Dental and interferes with our schedule. The Garden Grove office is closer to our home and is more flexible and is what we requested when we called on 3/30/11 but was deceived into believing that the Garden Grove office did not exist. We also paid $1000.00 as a down payment to Buena Park Dental on 5/6/11, which was conveniently cashed the same day, which was also the same day that I confronted Trina about why she was not honest about the Garden Grove office. Our insurance company (Anthem) also said that we could switch offices because Dr. XXXXXX is contracted. I feel that Buena Park Dental stole business from Dr. XXXXXXX I believe that Trina should have said; Dr. XXXXXX works in Garden Grove and Buena Park. We should have been given the option to choose the office. Dr. Fahmy told me on 5/13/11 that Trina did the right thing and should not turn away business. We wanted Garden Grove and Dr. XXXXXXX but greed prevailed in my opinion. Buena Park dental is 14 miles from our home and Garden Grove is 4 miles. This Dental office is dishonest. Please do not give them your business. ZERO STARS
