I took our VW in to have an oil change and have the brakes checked. The car has only 20K miles on it. Bud's told me I needed new tires and new front brakes. I went ahead and got new tires at a different store and have the brakes checked again at another store. The brake pads still had 70& usage on all four wheels. Second store also said too much oil was added (leaks on the garage floor) and none of the fluids were checked, even though Bud's invoice said this was done. Watch out Bud, CBS, NBC, or ABC might be out to investigate.

i under stand your point i recall this car i questioned the brakes at that time and it was a new employee and i was just comming down with my life threating illness and was extreamly sick that day and did not follow up like i should have i am extrealy sorry and since that employee has been fired of course its hard enough to stay ontop of employees and as sick as i was it was impossible i will send you a complete refound if you will send me a writen letter about your visit i hope you understand i always was on top of things and getting sick things just start getting out of control and now that i am recovering i am trying to recover my costomers opinon of my shop sorry about anyones bad visit at this time range glen mattis(owner)
