One of the worst rip-offs of my life

CRIMINAL. Literally. After weeks of giving them very specific designs, they sent the wrong windows. We let them know immediately and have spent months trying to get a fix. After months, we stopped payment, but they have a no refund policy.

Worked with supervisor: Russek Jagnarain who told that because we accepted delivery, we are on the hook for over $2k EVEN THOUGH THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG WINDOWS. Trying to fight this, but finding little recourse.
No accountability. No refund. Just skylights that don't fit.
