Review 5/17/2008

In late December of 2007 Broadway Glass surprised me by billing my credit card for services rendered in September of 2006. Visa didn't have online records extending back far enough to establish payment one way or the other. Broadway Glass agreed to reverse the Visa charges and then sent a bill, as an outstanding balance, directly to me. Their representative suggested that I should be keeping financial records according to their needs and that I should pay in this unusual timeline without objection because they hadn't made a mistake in making the charge. Patronize them as you see fit.
