I hired this company to help me with a mortgage modification after trying for 7 months on my own to work directly with my mortgage company IndyMac Bank - I was not late on my mortgage and Wes told me to help me I would need to be 30 behind before they would be able to do anything and that when the payments I did not pay would go too the end of the modification loan. I told him I would not be able to pay then and my mortgage anyway - so for the first time in my life I did not pay my mortgage payment believing they would be able to help me. After 2 months they still had not submitted my paper work to my mortgage company and I was starting to get calls and then the beginning of the 3rd month I received foreclosure paperwork and when I faxed and send the info was told by them that my house was not in foreclosure and that I did not have a pending sale date and then 2 days before the sale date they put on the there web site for my info that my house was in foreclosure and would be sold on the court house steps in 2 days - did not even call to let me know this vital info. I had to file bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure and then the mortgage company would not do anything to work with me after 11 years of making my mortgage payment on time and I lost my house. Obama plans are not working I think all the mortgage companies and banks are getting kickbacks for foreclosures and the government is buying them all up and so why would they want to try and work anything out with you.
