To anyone trying to do a loan modification, please don't use Brittney processing my husband and I fell behind in our mortgage and received a letter in the mail from this company saying that they help with home loan modifications. So we contacted them and talked to a live rep. My husband is a war vet and they told us that they would be happy to help him. Well they haven't done anything but took over 3.000 dollars out of our account. They keep calling asking for the same paperwork over and over again claiming they never received any of our papers so they can continue to keep taking money from us. Well now we don't have a place to stay or jobs and I've asked them to stop taking payments and they have yet to stop and we have been going through this for seven or eight months now. They need to be shut down.
