AVOID AT ALL COSTS! For two of the rebates they "accidentally" mis-entered the UPC codes for my rebates and sent me messages (one by post card and one by email) that the UPCs I sent were invalid or not included (both untrue). Their customer service system is set up to make it extremely difficult to speak with an actual person.
For one of the rebates the only message I received was that the UPC I provided was invalid. I went back and forth by email ~6 times and received the same response each time. I requested that they call me and send a scan of the UPC I sent so we could verify, but never received a call, nor did they email me a scan of the UPC code. They also sent me an incorrect phone number for Technical Support at one point. When I finally navigated their nearly impenetrable phone system to speak with someone, I was informed that the last 6 digits of the 12 digit UPC number they had on file for me were entirely different than the the one I sent in (I made a copy before I sent it). Finally they changed the UPC number in their system to what I read over the phone (which was of course valid), but the "customer service" representative had no idea how such a mistake could have happened.
Additionally I was lied to on the phone about the amount of the rebate and how the rebate process worked when I signed up.
Bridgevine/Offerwire is deceptive and misleading and they count on customers not to follow up on notices that rebate submissions are invalid.
