I purchased a counter depth custom panel refrigerator from Brandsmart. The salesman ordered a model without handles, and both he and I were unaware that it required the customer to supply the handles. Can you imagine receiving a refrigerator without handles and then being told that you are stuck with it! The refrigerator cost me over $5,000 and they refuse to replace it for the correct one, or simply supply me with the handles that will fix my problem. I am beside myself with the treatment and attitude I have received. I need a resolution and will not stop until I am treated with the respect that any customer should recieve. There is a simple way to resolve my issue but they won't fess up to their mistake.
