I purchased 2 sets of rotors for my car and all went well until the claim for the warranty came into play. Their customer service was like pulling teeth to get information from. Spoke to 3 different people and I would get the same response "let me check with (add name) and I'll get back to you" two days later I had to call back. Unless its obvious warped rotors you have they will not honor the warranty for material and workmanship. I installed their rotor with the supplied brake pads from them and they told me I installed the wrong type of pads (ceramic vs semi-metallic) for my car. I was even willing to meet them half way if they gave me a discount and they came back (after 3 days) with a higher price the sale price they had posted 4 days earlier. If you're buying their product for the warranty don't bother its not worth it. You can get similar product for 70% of their cost.
