Auto-shipment scam
|
This company enrolls everyone in their auto-shipment program and then claims it was chosen by the customer. This prevents your credit card company from removing the charge from your card. It forces you to wait for the product to arrive and then call the company for a special RMA number and special return address. They expect you to open the package and keep it. Once you call the company they tell you to open the package for the special return address. When I refused to open the package they threatened me and said that if I "refused" the shipment, it would be sent to a warehouse in Chicago and sit there for 6 months. Once the RMA number expires - they claim it is impossible for them to issue a refund. This is definitely a scam. If they can cheat every customer out of $119.85 that is over $11,000,000.00 if they can swindle just 100,000 people. I still have yet to receive my refund.
