I received damaged bad quality merchandise. I attempted to correct the matter through several avenues. After receiving no response, then insulting offers and customer service, I opened a BBB dispute. They responded with a lie (that they sent UPS to pick up said items.) I requested proof as I'd never heard of such an offer, nor did UPS ever attempt to pick up said items. They never did respond, so the case has been closed. I am now out my money with faulty low-quality merchandise that isn't worth a quarter of what I paid for said items. They insulted me by lying about offers to solve and disrespected me in phone conversations. I do not recommend them. Don't risk your money.
