Buyer beware! I cannot seem to give zero stars, which was my intention. However, as another reviewer noted, the coffee is good. For that reason, I'll leave the one star. I've had a few wrong orders with the company as well as other issues with them not notifying me prior to roasting and shipping coffee, as is their stated policy. In the past, I was able to resolve issues. Not always very smoothly, but at least there was resolution. Their CS reps are generally very defensive or even offensive. Or worse, they are sweet and accommodating but against company policy, so what they promise never actually happens. The last straw for me just happened. I am in the coffee club with regular deliveries. I knew a shipment was coming up soon and was waiting for notification so that I could postpone and modify the order. It never came. Instead, my CC was charged with no warning (against their own policy!). I contacted the company, via Email to cancel the order, explaining the situation and that I'd not received the notification. No response. So, I called them today, difficult for me to do during their business hours. I was told that they'd cancel the order but would not refund me because the coffee had already been roasted. I could have store credit. Not acceptable, as I was ready to cancel my membership and cease ordering anything at all. The rude CS refused to transfer me to a supervisor. She did eventually send me to a voicemail; and when I called back, they were closed for the day and the weekend. I had to file a BBB complaint and dispute the charge with my bank. Hardly the experience one expects when dealing with a gourmet purveyor. This is all very sad. As I said, the coffe is great. I'll miss it. But not enought to continue doing business with shuch people.
