So often today people are very quick to complain when they receive poor service! Often, we intend to write complimentary reviews when we are the recipient of good service and sadly we often let time slip by and never write that positive review! I could not let this happen with regards to my experience with Blue Tax and even more so with my case manager, Chad Fischer. My case was quite complicated and I was somewhat in the dark about my situation when Chad took my case. As he explained the complexity of it all, I was quite literally petrified! He constantly reassured me and was always there when I needed a question answered! I received an amazing settlement today from the IRS thanks to Chad and I am beyond grateful to him! I would definitely recommend Blue Tax for your tax needs!
