We have worked with Chad Fisher (Service Department Manager) and John McEwan(Tax Preparer)for many months. They have both been great to work with. We regularly review our case and it's not always me doing the calling. Chad has called many times with new information regarding our case and helped us with very professional expertise. Chad helped us create a logical plan of recovery after my wife and I lost our jobs resulting in a bankruptcy. Even though I know Chad is a very busy man, he has always been very respectful and patient with us, answering all of our questions professionally. Now we have made great progress. I'm working again and have caught up on the past two tax years. Now, we just have a little more work to be completely caught-up. John too has been a great asset as he is diligent and helpful, always asking smart questions to make sure we don't have to pay any more than the rules require. Thank You Blue Tax!
