Need a Good Laugh

Call Blue tax, Paid them 3200.00 and should of just used the money to pay down my tax debt. Been two and a half years, submitted countless paper work that they ask for, then they switch consultants on me and mysteriously lose my paper work, have to resubmit
it again, but with updates of course. Then they say it will be 6 to 8 weeks for them to review then I don't hear back from them. I call again, get a new consultant and have to refill my paper work all over again because they can't find it or it's out dated
again. This has been the horrifying cycle since October 2010 and I'm still getting hounding phone calls from tax debt collectors. WHAT DO YOU THINK ? Shouldn't even have a star rating
