This company is sucks! They will sell your house for their own personal reasons! Such as if they need the money and YOU as the house owner, don't expect too much, because they'll decide anything and don't even try to say anything, he'll use your contract to threaten you. Before you sign your contract, ask other agents that are really willing to help you, not these kind of craps!
