I cannot warn any potential customers strongly enough – Avoid Bite-Sized-Deals like you would avoid someone with the Ebola virus. The reason they offer goods cheaper than elsewhere is that they don’t actually have the items to sell. After doing a bit of research it seems that ripping people off is the norm for this company. They seem to be making a tidy living by taking your money within seconds and then spending weeks fobbing you off with ‘Your order is listed for priority dispatch’ before finally admitting that they don’t have the item. Your order is then placed in a ‘cancellation queue’, which surprise surprise results in sweet FA. There is no way of contacting them except by email, which takes days to get a response. I really would rather glue my wedding tackle to a railway line than trust these con artists with any of my money again. Surely there have to be rules against this kind of fraud on the internet. If the company was based in a dodgy part of the world I could almost understand it, but they’re in California for Gods sake. Any suggestions as to how to get their website shutdown would be gratefully received.
