This company is really exciting. I was really impressed with their economics and the product is awesome. I noted, however, that the first ingredient in most of it's products is fructose. Fructose is fruit and vegetable sugar. In the low amounts in comes in fruits and vegetables, it is fine for our bodies. Fructose, however, isn't processed with insulin like glucose, it ends up being turned into fats by our liver where it is processed. The fats are called triglycerides and they contribute to heart problems and possibly to insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.
As a person who is concerned about my yins, my planet and my body, i don't know that I want to be using an non organic product filled with processed sugars that are bad for my body.
I contacted the company's president and asked him about whether he would consider creating an organic, completely healthy alternative. He simply thanked me for my comments.
I would have appreciated some explanation of why the first ingredient of a vitamin dietary supplement needs to be unhealthy and why there would be any objection to an organic version of the product.
