I am a contractor. I order some reaccessed lights housing, trim for the lights and a dimmer. I made the order over the phone and was told the order would ship in the morning. A week later I called to check the status of my order and was told that it was on its way. That was a lie!!! I got an email three days later with the tracking info - package was shipped 10 days after I placed the order. Another week pass by and I finally got the package but for my surprise it had only part of my order. I called again and talk to the owner, he told me that the dimmer was out of stock (was in stock when I placed the order) so they decided not to ship the dimmer as well as the trims. When I confronted the owner and asked why nobody had the curtacy to called me or why he didn't ship the trim so at least I can install the lights for my client with a temporary switch he did not have any good answer. he promised that he would overnight the rest of my order and that I should get it all by the following week (third week since I placed the order). another week passed by and no sign for my order, so called the company again and was told that the owner has all of my paper work and he would call me right back. Of course he didn't call but I got an email with tracking nm. the next day - he shipped the rest of my order (hopefully) but in regular mail (another week). I called the owner to ask why it wasn't shipped overnight and he said that it is shipped so there is nothing he can do and he does not want to argue with me again....
Horrible customer service!
