This company makes their money off of your dissatisfaction. These wigs have either been through the mill or something is wrong with them. They will happily take them back minus YOU paying the shipping charge, an outrageous stocking fee and miscellaneous of at LEAST $20 +++ extra. On a wig that was showing wefting and a very bristly part ( someone tried to pluck the part and sent back) the wig was deemed in perfect condition and my fees were over $40 on a $150 wig. I too am reporting them to the BBB. The score they have at the BBB is horrendous. Pay the extra at a REPUTABLE outlet. This place is a SCAM!
