1) Jeff (owner’s son---who signs contracts and negotiates on behalf of the BEST BUY AUTO SALES) sold me a car for $7,000 that ended up costing me more than $7,000 to fix all of the problems with the car, despite telling me it’s a “good car”. 2) When I purchased the car, I requested to have Mercedes Benz check out the car and Jeff said NO, I can only go to one of his mechanic!!!! 3) Jeff said that he would fix my water pump hose/problem on the car. Within 3 months, I ended up paying $600 to fix it because it froze with me in the highway (with my 1yr baby in car). 4) I gave $5,000 as a deposit and was given 120 day to pay the balance. Immediately after receiving the car, it started having mechanical problems, and so I was allowed a longer time to pay the balance. Jeff towed my car for non-payment and NEVER issued me a warning letter or warning call to give me the opportunity to pay the balance in lieu of being towed. It cost me an additional $500 for the towing company. He claimed he called my job, but my company records nor my cell fone records show no proof of him calling. 5) I since paid the balance of the car in FULL and DID NOT GET TITLE of the car, despite calling multiple times. Jeff said he mailed it to me. IT NEVER CAME. 6) I was promised that if I programmed the car keys myself to Mercedes Benz, I would be reimbursed $70. I never received that reimbursement 7) My contract said my NAVIGATOR is missing and will be orders, and I NEVER received it.
