I used Benchmark Email in the fall of 2009. I too had a lot of bounces and was working with customer service to rectify the situation. While doing business with them in good faith and just a couple of days after I placed a $600.00 order they cancelled my account. They refuse to talk to me or even reply to the BBB. They kept my $600, I recieved nothing for the payment and they simply kept the funds. They are thieves and not an honorable company. Stay away.
