I signed up with Benchmark Email because they promised great service. I liked some of the features of the program. However, when I tried calling customer support I couldn't understand them. I asked them to show me how to do something and they refused. Instead, they just wanted to do it for me. Several times this took them a few days. I needed it done right away and wanted to learn how to do it myself. I was finally able to figure out the system and it's really not to bad to use once you've used it a bunch of times. I noticed lots and lots of hard and soft bounces. The addresses I have are all good ones, I don't understand this. My customers weren't getting their emails. Then, they had real problems with my credit card. That was the last straw. I'd say try a different service.
