Great company with a great manager, Scott. We initially brought a Shaw flooring (autumn ridge collection, oat straw color, epic engineered). When it arrived, it came in an Anderson box (not Shaw)--we were told Shaw brought over Anderson...but when I buy a Lexus, I don't want to given a Camry and be told it's still from the same company. I digress, but when the floors were partially installed, it looked horrible. Very rustic appearing with over-excessive handscrapping and purposeful chipping that can actually scratch your feet if you walk over it. Shaw advertised it as "elegant" appearing--it was SOOO NOT ELEGANT. The high density fiberboard used in their epic series also made installation VERY difficult and uneven.
My husband and I went back to Bellmont to see if there was anything we could do about our mis-guided purchase. Scott, the manager, worked with us. He was extremely patient and understanding, and in the end, came up with a deal that made us happy. We would definitely recommend Bellmont! (Just don't buy Shaw products! The Made in USA logo isn't worth the quality of the flooring)
