If I had a choice, I'd give this company zero stars. The customer service by brokers of the company's name (Belisle) is completely undesirable and substandard - it is only disservice, if anything. They rent property they don't particularly care for, as long as the money keeps rolling in - keep into account that their response to my contact with them is what led me to this conclusion. I've contacted them several times to ask to look into one of their tenants' disturbing behavior. Their response was to talk to the tenant directly. When I informed them that this had been done and the tenant's response was less than favorable, they said *I* still should try, to "foster better neighbor relations." Not only they're making their tenant my responsibility, but I advised that I'm not interested with a relationship with a retaliatory person (which actually makes me feel threatened), and they cut me off, saying they're not "interested in the details." I finally said that if they're not going to talk to their tenant, I'll have to involve the police, and their response was, "You're welcome to do that." These people are unprofessional, couldn't care less about whom they rent to or what said people can cause to a community, and truly should not be in the business of dealing with people unless they learn to care about them.
