Same story as some of the other people here -- paid this company in the neighborhood of $4000 for a loan modification in September of 2009. Dealt with Danny or Daniel Corcia. All fees were "fully refundable" if it was denied. Got the first denial letter from my lender in March 2010. Was told they were trying to qualify me under a different program, after no progress in several months I requested a refund. A few days later, all of the company's phone lines went dead and e-mails started bouncing. I was able to get a hold of Danny via fax, he called me the next day and said my refund was "processing", and that it would take 4 to 6 weeks. 4 to 6 weeks to mail a check out? Yeah right. More like 4 to 6 weeks extra time for the people involved to run away and hide. I've been told already that the main attorney involved (Reza Bayat, the guy who's name was on my contract) has fled the country.
