My wife and I placed an order with BVE for the Ariel Kensington (double) 73-Inch Grey Transitional Bathroom Vanity Set. The only issue we had was when the freight company failed to deliver on the scheduled day. The freight co. gave a delivery time of 8:30to 5:00 at 2:30 in the afternoon I receive a call saying they could not make delivery. They proceeded to inform me they would deliver the next day during the same time period, totally unacceptable. I called Julie at BVE to try and get a narrow delivery window. I won't go into all the details, but let me say Julie is outstanding at her job. We are in Florida and she is in Utah, a two hour time difference. She was up at 4:30 her time dealing with the freight co. Unbelievable!! With a lot of help from Julie, we finally received our order. She was a pleasure to work with. The vanity arrived undamaged although it had a couple of crinkles on the boxes from shipping. Vanity was extremely well packed. Very high quality smooth working drawers and doors with a great finish overall. I would highly recommend BVE.
