BAD EXPERIENCE, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
|
Warning: Bath vanity experts do not stand behind their products nor their very own return policy.
My issue was that the vanity stone top I bought had reflecting pieces of mirror embedded in it, giving it IMHO a real cheap sparkling look. This effect was never described in the product descriptions or product photos.
I wanted to exchange the top, upgrade it, or as a last resort return the cabinet & top and pay shipping back plus restocking fee (as per their policy). Customer service (Bryan) essentially stopped me from doing any of the above and eventually stopped answering my questions.
Next time I need a vanity I will go to lowes, home depot, overstock, wayfair... but never bath vanity "experts"

Hello Michael,
As per our conversations, we were not aware that the quartz that Ariel used in their countertops had reflective mirror pieces in it. We were able to work with Ariel and get the countertop returned and get you a credit for it. We certainly never meant to mislead you and were just using the photos and literature that the manufacturer gave us. Those big box retailers you mention sell the same thing and are most likely unaware of the sparkly nature of the quartz. We make sure to list this detail in our current postings of Ariel vanities with the quartz tops.
We hope you are satisfied with our efforts to make good on this situation that you were unhappy with.
Thank you,
BVE
