BUYER BEWARE!!! Less than adequate customer service from this company!!

Buyer BEWARE!!!! Bath Vanity Experts (BVE) may have a large selection and the quality of the products may be good but their customer service is TERRIBLE! I recently purchased 2 bath vanities for our remodeled bathroom in our new house. BVE was offering a FREE "White Glove" delivery service so my husband and I decided that we would pay the additional $200 per vanity in order to have these heavy pieces of furniture carried up our stairs and placed in our bathroom instead of having to either hire someone or round up friends and neighbors to help us. Delivery day arrived and one of the vanities was in perfect condition and taken up the stairs and placed where we needed it. Unfortunately, our other one had a CRUSHED (3 pieces) Marble top. I immediately called BVE and they instructed me how to handle the reject and return which went smoothly. A new vanity was then shipped and that is when the PROBLEMS and TERRIBLE service began. Apparently, due to previous problems with the shipping carrier, BVE decided to use a new carrier which according to BVE did not offer the "White Glove" service that I had been PROMISED on my original purchase. We were now faced with getting a 300 lb vanity that possibly would be dropped at the end of the driveway or if we were lucky the driver would possibly bring to our garage. We spent quite a while trying to work something out with the office manager at BVE explaining that we chose BVE for this "white glove" service and paid more for the units just for this service but got no where! We even made phone calls that were NEVER returned. We paid over $200 more for the EXACT piece of furniture because we thought it was worth the additional money to get the delivery service and because of a decision BVE made they chose not honor their original sells agreement and washed their hands of the situation. After several attempts to get acceptable compensation for what should not have never been our problem, all we got was "sorry, there's nothing we can do but we've credited your account $75 try going down to the local Home Depot and try and get someone there to help you"! I'm sorry but personally I'm not in the habit of soliciting help by asking total strangers to come into my house and the meager attempt to compensate is insulting considering the amount we paid to begin with and the stress we had to go through to find a way to get the unit upstairs. Although we are very happy with our vanities, we could have saved over $400 to go through what we had to in the end. BVE DOES NOT stand behind their contracts and personally I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.

I have reached out to Adele personally to discuss what additional compensation she would like for the problems she incurred with her delivery of the replacement vanity. We were not able to use a white-glove service for her replacement vanity but we should have found a better solution for her 2nd delivery. I take all customer issues personally and want to resolve all matters as best as I can. We have thousands of satisfied customers but if one is not happy, I am not happy.
