Barklay Capital is a scam. They use the name of a real company (Barclay). Matt will tell you stuff and never do any of it. Once they get the deposit (first and last months payment) you wont hear from them again. Look at the BBB site most of them are getting refunds less a fee.... It says I got a refund but they NEVER sent that. Yup thats right Matt I told you on the phone I will not let this go. You can send me my FULL refund with interest. My BBB number is 98410151
