To whom it may concern:
I have a small business in Ada, OH and I currently have Bankcard USA as my credit card processor. Many times supervisors hear only complaints about one of their employees and so when I run into a company and employees that deserves a pat on the back, I try to let it be known. I called Bankcard USA because I was having some issues and had questions to ask. I was greeted by a clear, pleasant voice announcing that I had reached Bankcard USA. I was then transferred to their customer service department who helped me solve my problem quickly and efficiently. They answered my questions and provided me with additional information that I could use. It made me feel like a valued customer no matter how small our business is. In any case, a pat on the back goes out to their customer service department! It always helps that a company as big as Bankcard USA has employees with pleasand and helpful demeanor. It's definitely an asset to any company!
