TERRIBLE SERVICE

the worst service I have ever seen from a Bank in my life.. and these people get commission off of this terrible service..The people that work for you do not answer emails do not call people back as it states on their message. They screwed up my brothers
closing date because of the incompetence of these people that were working on it ..the title company called this guy 3 times and never got a call back , when i called and finally got him , he said , oh i do not handle that but did not have the common decency
to call the guy back to tell them this .. The girl that was handling this lost paperwork that i faxed, scanned and emailed over to her MANY of times..Each time I finally talked to her i asked if there was anything she was missing and always the answer was
NO i have it all , then to come to find out she lost the paperwork .. and i do not understand that if we live in Indiana why would you give us someone in Arizona and Georgia to communicate with .. i have names and ID numbers for whomever reads this and wants
that info , because if it were up to me , NOBODY there would get commission...i would not ever rate this a 1 ,, you need to have minus signs to use...
