Modification with BOA Terrible and huge MISTAKE

I spent months trying to get a modification on our loan that was bought out from Countrywide. Since BOA has had our loan, our monthly payments keep going up and up, we owe more than our home is worth. Trying to do a modification and leaving messages for my customer service relations manager and his supervisor to call back and not receiving any calls, called and made an appointment for my CSRM to call me back different occasions and never got that call back either. Finally get another supervisor and they make it a point to send an email to my CSRM and the VP for a call back. I get a call back 1st think im asked? What is it that you want? Why do u keep calling? Wow what customer service. I explain i want an update on my modification. A decision has been made and ill get a letter in the mail, he is not obligated to tell me anything, he is laughing at this point. 1 week later i get the letter and you guessed it a denial letter. I call him and get him right away, i believe they have caller id and pick up when they feel like talking to certain customers. He is pleased that i am calling and letting him know about the letter. He just giggles and tells me there is nothing else i nor they can do. I can pay off my past due which he called a reinstatement of my loan.My other options are deed of lube and a short sale. I said i want help, i want to keep my home. I asked to speak to his supervisor, he refused. I just hung up the phone, called his supervisor, left a message, kept calling, finally i get a call back from his supervisor telling me he is correct in all that i said, shes sorry for him not calling me back, shell talk to him about that. other than that is there anything else i need? yes to save my home to get some help, unfortunitely there is nothing else they can do. I can reinstate my loan if i like.
