Very poor service. I don't know if I expect so much from the team at Bank of America, but I'm very disappointed and upset because a easy conventional loan takes so long to process. Mr. James Black offered me a great service at the beginning of this long process and I think he is very capable and knowledgeable, but he left all the work to his employees without his supervision. It is very frustrating to work with people that ignore your emails and promise to do everything to get your loan funded by this specific date, but not doing nothing to make it happen. I sent all the information requested from BofA and I don't receive a respond until one day later. I wish I knew this before I started to work with BofA on my loan for my first house. I hope this review helps to improve your service and accelerate the process of your loans. Thank you
