BOA sucks more than word can say!
|
My husband and I decided to get a home loan from BOA aginist the advise of my selling agent. I told her it would be fine, because my husband been a long time customer of 17 years. And it would be easier to get a loan from them. Well I wish I had read the review first, my foot went in my mouth. I couldn't stomach reading the rest. I felt at first we felt that we were the only one going through this. When 60 days ago we applied for this loan at the Northlake branch in GA, my husband told Eric Loan guy that I his wife own a home. My husband told him that were have renters who is going to rent our home. Eric said that was fine and he checked my husband credit score everything was fine. All my huby had to bring was his 2 years of taxes and work stubs. So we found a house we loved and got a pre-approval on the loan. Then we sent over the contract to Eric, after calling and texting him he called us back a few weeks later. Then he started our application process and saying we needed more money then was on our pre-approval. So I told him the contract said we were to cose on the 21st of December. Eric called my selling agent 3 weeks after that day set to closing that he was getting our title for the loan. Well the 21st passed and no closing, then final day writen on the contract to close was the 27th of December. So Dec 23 my husband went to Eric office and ask what else does he need to close. eric sat back and said nothing EVERTHING IS FINE.Well long story short we never close and our loan never went to the prosscor or the underwritter. tha seller is charging per diem of 75.00 a day. Which BOA doesn't want to pay. B
