In January 2011 I had lost my job due to having a blockage and had to have stent installed. Got behind and they continue telling us we do not qualify for any help, I have begged for help to get my home caught up. These are the worst people I have ever done business with. No 2 people in this company will tell you the same thing. And they do not honor what they say. They will not help you if your in a bind and have medical problems, you don't qualify for any help. Bank Of America sucks! Be glad to tell them to their face. Should never have got bail out money, should have let them sink!
