BAD NEWS! Unfortunately I have finanlly given up on this company. I spent three months of my life wasting my time doing EVERYTHING below and some more stuff I tried. I did everything I could doto get my money back from this company.
NONE of it works, the attorney general told me there are just way to many cases and nothing successful is really happening anyway. They advised they we're sorry and this is just one of those things it is better to walk away and move on with your life.
I found lots of lawyers and they all advised me that they would not take my case because it was a waste of my money. I appreciated that advise and I am going to decide to cut my losses.
At the end of this, I wish the only thing I could get back now is all the time I wasted trying to do something about this.
This in my opinion is just one of those bad things that happens to good people. The lesson I learned is two things.
1. I will never trust anyone from out of my state again for purchasing any large transaction.
2. That life is short, you only have so much time to live, and every second I waste trying to fix something or get something back that I lost, is ANOTHER SECOND I AM NOT LIVING MY LIFE.
I wish you all the best and I hope you all can get your life back as I did, as soon as I let go of the past, and started focusing on the future!
