I keep getting calls from Jack at this processvirtual.com, too. I can't understand him and have been ignoring the calls. What is interesting is Ben T.'s mention of the web site where you can check your status of your case. I called Jeff Urquhart 805-587-6710 (cell) and he transferred me to a "Dean" at Premiere Legal Advocates. Dean promised me access to this magical system that was going to make everything right in 3 to 5 days. That was a couple of weeks ago. Then yesterday, I got a call from Christine from Premiere saying that the bank needed my last two earning statments so they could process my modification. Her fax# is: 888-745-1358. Now that I am over the shame of getting taken for a ride, I, too, agree that the only way to attack this is a lawsuit. Maybe, just maybe, somebody will be held accountable. Has anyone made any attempts at this?
