I think this office is great!! I have no complaints. I can walk in at any time & they are more than happy to take us. My dog is in her final days & they are watching her closely. I have been taking my pets to Banfield for years & will continue to take all of my pets there. Banfield should have an A rating, not a C. None of my friends or family have any complaints.
