I ordered a baby gate from Baby Haven on line a month ago. When I received the gate, it had parts missing. I phoned Baby Haven and they agreed to let me return the item, but charged me $26. for shipping. I was told that I would get my money back and when I phoned to say I had shipped the gate, the customer service said I would not get a full refund and that not only would I have to pay shipping, but also restocking. There is no manager to speak with and you get the same person, Susan, each time you call. This appears to be a scam and should be checked out. I have not only lost $107.90 for the gate, $26. to ship a defective product back, but I doubt if I will ever get a proper product from this company.
