Ordered a toddler comforter set and spent 85.00. Product came three weeks later and was the wrong product. I called Babyhaven and talked to Susan (she is the only one who ever answers) they said they would send out the correct one. I waited for a month and kept calling and finally talked to Susan again, and she said there was no tracking number and it never got shipped out and that they didn't have the product. I asked for a refund. She talked about the shipping department, passing the blame on them and acted really un-professional, but she did send me 4 (why that many?) return labels for the package. I gave it to fedex and a week later got my refund. Now I am being sent nasty emails about where is their package. I emailed them three times that I returned package and emailed receipt. Still receiving nasty emails saying where is the package. I asked them to call fedex and stop contacting me. Feel harassed by their (or should I say Susan since she seems to be only employee)company. Horrible dealings with this business and do not recommend to anyone.
