Ordered a Keekaroo chair which stated on the website that it was 2-3 business days for shipping. Was charged for it and 2 weeks later still no chair. Called and emailed several times and was told they would contact the manufacturer for a tracking number. Was finally told they had no tracking and didn't know where it was so I told them to cancel the order. Went out and bought one with this one arriving almost 2 weeks later. Took it back to UPS as refused and now getting the run around on a credit! Horrible customer service! Will not buy from them again!
