Terrible Customer Service

I placed, what I consider to be, a large order on this company's website over a month ago (approx. $500). I still don't have any of the items I ordered, and no one responds to my e-mails or phone messages requesting a status update. I have noticed that the items I have ordered are now "discontinued" on some other sites. And, I can no longer find them on the Babybeddingtown.com website for sale. This has caused me some concern, and now that I am at the end of maximum potential shipping time they advertise, my patience has run out. At this point, it seems like I will never get my items or a refund. I ordered from this site because it had the best price. Their site claims that they are connected to a retail chain that has been in business since 1936. I can't imagine how they have stayed in business this long with completely unresponsive customer service. I would not recommend that anyone order from this site.
