No refunds on cpoor products

I made a purchase from them online and after not receiving a response to my email and phone call I emailed and called back to cancel my order... all of a sudden I get a response!! After trying to cancel my order to get a refund I was told that I was too
late. The products came and the quality was really bad. Not worth the money at all! I didnt even get all my stuff. I returned the order and was told that I could only get credit. I asked for an exchange and the new stuff I got had moth holes in them! I filed
a complaint with the BBB and the issue was still not resolved to a refund. So kept the credit for the stuff I could, got a refund for the stuff that never came and made another order. After several emails confirming the size and color of the items ... they
still got one of the items wrong! They don't give refunds after things have shipped because their quality is poor and they know people will be very unhappy for have wasting their money.
