While you can't pick your own escrow company, these people are quite possibly the rudest people with no idea what "customer service" means. Call them to ask questions on your escrow account progress and they'll not try to hide the fact that they think you're stupid and a nuissance to them. Reps will not reply to your email question. Another rep sighs loudly when talking to you on the phone. Can't wait until my escrow closes and I don't have to deal with them anymore. Let's hope these people at least know what they're doing even if they're rude. Did I mention rude? Yup, they are rude!
